My name is Fr. David Aufiero. I served my first two years with you here at St. Mark’s Church and this past year at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish as Parochial Vicar. I enjoyed living and serving in the Berkshires especially in this beautiful parish. The past few days have been a blur with getting everything ready to take on my new assignment as an Administrator. With a new title comes a new beginning and additional responsibilities but I’m up to the challenge and I pray we can continue the good work that we have done before.
There will be a light reception after all the Masses next week on August 27th and 28th, which will give us a chance to get reacquainted. I look forward to ministering to a caring and generous community and I know we can continue the good work Fr. John Salatino has done. In the words of Blessed Mother Theresa, “let us together build something beautiful for God”. God Bless you and see you soon.
